2016 Directing Demo Reel (Comedy)

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Moreen on several network-funded tapes. She does it all – from prepping the shoot creatively, making sure a top notch crew is hired, field producing, directing, doing amazing interviews, to running post — even editing! Moreen is an amazing creative executive. She thinks outside the box and has a passion that’s infectious.
— Danny Passman, President & Creative Director of Crybaby Media

As a writer, network-level multi-cam director, producer and editor, Moreen partners with top entertainment production companies and networks to develop TV shows and documentaries. Her credits include developing "Forged in Fire" (History Channel), two documentaries for PBS, and network pilots (Freeform). Her original ideas have generated major network development deals at CNBC, Freeform and HGTV. Prior to launching ISIZZLES, Moreen was director of unscripted TV development for Outpost Entertainment from its inception. (Outpost was a co-venture with Leftfield Entertainment and is now an ITV company, the largest independent TV production company in the USA).

Moreen is also an award-winning filmmaker. She wrote, directed, produced, edited and co-starred in Meet the Zillas, an absurdist short film that won "Best Film Audience Award" at the Los Angeles Underground Film Festival.  Shot in 4 days, it featured 27 principals and 40 extras including Jessica Pohly ("Pepper" from Pee Wee Herman's Big Holiday), Nancy Daly ("Suburbicon,"), Emmy-nominee Blake Berris, and Brandon Moynihan (aka “Captain Obvious"). Her short film, THE HACKS, was positively reviewed in Laughspin and also featured Moynihan. She also directed a multi-cam network TV pilot for Freeform featuring Emmy and Latin Grammy winning talent, and directed industrials for a major skincare company.

“Moreen is the best of the best.”
”Moreen and her team do great work. They understand the creative process, are a pleasure to work with, and always deliver.”
— Susan Levison, SVP Development, CBS TV Studios

Moreen is also a three-time published author and stand-up comedienne. She wrote the novel LOST IN MANHATTAN, which was previously in development at Oxygen Media, and contributed monologues to two comedy monologue books (Women's Comedic Monologues That Are Actually Funny, and Teen Girls' Comedic Monologues That Are Actually Funny). She made her stand-up comedy debut in 2010 and two months later she was offered a contract by New Wave Entertainment (Dane Cook’s management company) for her debut comedy album. See www.moreenlittrell.com for comedy.

Moreen also has a background in fashion. She was a menswear designer at Liz Claiborne, Inc. where she was named a top ten finalist in a company-wide design competition. Judges included Angela Ahrendts, the former CEO of Burberry. In 2012, Moreen created FASHION ALERT, a B2B e-zine (distribution 200K+) for MAGIC (North America's largest fashion trade show), which recorded the highest open rates in company history. As its editor-in-chief, she reported to Tom Florio, the former publisher of Vogue.

Moreen graduated from USC with a B.A. in Creative Writing and Cinematic Arts. Early in her career, she worked at William Morris Agency (now WME) where she assisted the worldwide head of TV literary, and at ICM where she assisted the head of theatrical talent. She was also the 52nd person hired at Oxygen Media, leaving her fashion career to marry two passions: crafting entertaining content and empowering females.
